The MEA Young Talent Program aims to identify and develop high-potential young talent in the region. Offering exposure to cross-functional teams, networking opportunities, tailored development, and preparation for future leaders who will drive the company’s success. WEBOX delivered a 3-day workshop designed around the programme. Engage and energise the YT for those days, set up expectations and learnings on personal development, resilience and adaptability and building a team of champions.
