MANAGING HR & CLIENTS PROJECTS:
Interactive workshops that educate, align and inspire customers to confidently and effectively build their brands on the web.
Coordinated workshops to help customers make the most out of Google platforms.
GOOGLE-GEIST
Project-managed 360 yearly review. An initiative that provided a common forum to make Googlers’ voices heard. Collected trends and benchmarked results (internally and externally) over time. Identified retention factors and innovation. Made information more transparent to Googlers, managers, and our leaders, while preserving employee’ confidentiality about all concerns and improvement actions.
EMPLOYE EVENTS & SUMMITS:
Quarterly Business reviews, Team Product and Sales Solutions meetings. Management meetings and All Hands. Organising events for EMEA teams (200 people) Running agenda, speakers and presentations. Facilitating and hosting meetings. Help teams to deliver and follow up on actions items.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
I deployed, led and initiated communication platform (G+) increase the engagement amongst the employees in EMEA through video content, blogs, management, HR and L&D updates. Resulted to new initiatives between teams and increase in companies review and team retention.
